TALES FROM THE SECRET FOOTBALLER
Next up is "Tales from the secret football" the follow up novel to "I am the secret footballer” both books are written by a former premiere league footballer who contributes a column for the Guardian newspaper lifting the lid on some of the games secrets.

The follow up book picks up where the other book left off really although it seems to focus more on the demise of TSF (the secret footballer) it also focuses on the possible paths a former player can take when he ultimately retires. The secret footballer also interviews some of his colleagues or friends on various subjects as the book goes on all though the interviews are anonymous the reader starts to use the clues to piece together the identity of TSF, well I found myself doing this anyway.
It's pretty hard to review a book where the author is anonymous so apologies for the shortness of the review, if you’re a fan of football I urge you to read both books by TSF as it's not all multi million pound deals in fact the majority of players deal with the same sort of issues the rest of do and in some respects being in the public eye makes it harder to deal with I suppose, but let's not think TSF is doing this for sympathy because I generally don't think he is I think it's just a case of lifting the lid on a few of the games talking points that's at players refuse to acknowledge but then again I suppose you could say TSF is only the issues because of his anonymity. I really enjoyed this book and I enjoyed trying to piece the clues together to unearth his identity, who do I think it is well that's telling but if you want to ask me feel free to get in touch through twitter / email and we can discuss they clues.
